Sathish is a Company Secretary with 13+ years of rich experience in corporate law advisory and practice. He has handled clients from various sectors with commitment and dedication and is known for completing assignments and transactions within the  scheduled timeline. He has successfully handled projects pertaining to merger, due diligence, secretarial audits, takeovers, business transfers, restructuring, and capital infusion. He strives to explore new areas of practice and is currently trying to set up a new practice of food and beverage laws.

EXPERTISE

Satish has extensive experience and exposure towards Company Law (Both Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013), SEBI Regulations, Stock Exchange compliance, RBI compliance, drafting and vetting of agreements, opinions, resolutions, etc. He has advised clients on Merger and Amalgamation related matters, including pre-merger due diligence and post-merger compliance and other related matters.

He has also assisted clients with compliance under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, Compounding of Offences under Companies Act, 1956 FEMA, conducted Secretarial Audits. He is further skilled in the practice of Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA Regulations, incorporation of Companies, LLPs, Societies, Trusts, Branch Office, Liaison Office, and Project Offices. In addition, he offers advisory on Acquisitions, Business Transfers, including the restructuring of Capital, Inbound and outbound investment, etc. He majorly handles matters in the Automotive, Consumer Goods & Retail, Food & Beverages, Information Technology, and Start-up sectors.

He also shares his knowledge with other CS students and volunteers with an NGO. He is a problem solver who patiently manages strict deadlines and adapts to provide creative solutions.
