Aruna brings over 17 years of experience in helping clients navigate the complex real estate market with practical ease. She has been associated with Fox Mandal since 2007 operating from the Chennai Office with a special focus on real estate matters in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Aruna specializes in real estate and infrastructure title due diligence work spanning various industries. She has demonstrated expertise in dealing with a number of developers and multinational clients providing assistance with their commercial and residential projects including joint venture development and promotion of real estate, legal due diligence work, etc.

She is also experienced in documentation relating to joint ventures, development of townships, commercial and industrial establishments, technology park, infrastructure projects, construction contracts, sale and purchase, lease, leave and license, mortgage, hypothecation of property and various other real estate related agreements.
