WORK EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:Kaamya has over 4 years of experience in the field of Corporate, HR and Employment laws. She has assisted various clients in HR and commercial documentation such as service agreements, employment contracts, employment handbooks, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, IP assignment agreements, other employment and termination related documentation, wills, trust deed, inquiry reports, etc., and providing legal advice / opinions on various employment and other commercial matters, including compliances, due diligence, termination, disciplinary proceedings, compensation, data protection, FSSAI, FEMA, FDI, insurance and related laws. She is actively involved with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) practice including drafting / reviewing of requisite documentation, such as policies, guidelines, notices and resolutions and providing advice on all matters relating to complaints of sexual harassment, preparation of training and awareness modules as well as serving as the external member on the Internal Complaints Committees of companies.
