With nearly a decade of extensive legal expertise, Saurabh leads the Alternate Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice as a Partner in Delhi. A lawyer with an engineering degree and a knack for sharing sophisticated exegesis on legal issues, Saurabh has authored several books, including four books on intellectual property law, two books on arbitration law and a book on privacy law.

A passionate and pragmatic lawyer, Saurabh renders dispute resolution support to clients on issues relating to Arbitration Law, Intellectual Property Law, Privacy Law, Information Technology Law, Constitution, Company Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, Electricity Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Saurabh also has significant experience in representing clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunals, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Criminal Courts (Magistrate and Sessions), High Courts and Supreme Court of India.

With his technical skills, dedication, and depth of analysis, Saurabh is known for planning the most effective strategies for his clients’ cases and for summarizing and explaining complex legal matters in pleadings and hearings with ease.

He is highly adept at managing corporate transactional work. He is efficient in drafting and finalizing pleadings before Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, assisting and briefing counsel and senior designated counsel for hearings, conducting hearings, conducting cross-examinations, drafting legal opinions et al.

Apart from assisting clients through the various complexities of dispute resolution, Saurabh is also an expert public speaker and an insightful writer who regularly authors pieces on contemporary issues of law and contributes his deliberations to various leading national dailies, and national and international journals.
