She has successfully managed portfolios spanning trademarks, designs, domains, and copyrights for clients operating in various jurisdictions and industries. This includes but is not limited to sectors such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, education, media/broadcasting, IT, BPO, and manufacturing. Shana has played a key role in securing rights in India and other international jurisdictions, navigating through processes like opposition, cancellation, and rectification proceedings under the Madrid Protocol and related conventions.

Shana has provided invaluable assistance to clients in crafting and implementing data protection and privacy policies, as well as formulating website/app terms of service. Her responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and vetting various commercial agreements to enhance the overall protection of intellectual property rights.
