Mathews comes with a rich experience of handling varied aspects of intellectual property including trademarks, copyrights and designs, while hand-holding organizations through the serpentine maze of clearance searches to registrations and enforcement. His fervour, deep legal expertise and action-oriented outlook in IP law equip him to constructively collaborate and engage with a wide-range of clients, from start-ups to MNC’s across diverse industries such as fashion, technology, sports, telecom and retail.

His sophisticated legal prowess also supports the clients through the complexities of portfolio management, assignments and licenses that empower them to optimize, protect and monetize their IP effectively. He is also a regular speaker with organizations such as CIPAM, FICCI, etc, and has served as an adjunct professor of IP at his alma mater.
