New Appellate Authority Appointed in Youth Services & Sports Dept. J&K

The Youth Services and Sports Department has established the First Appellate Authority. By government order no. 27JK(YSS) of 2022, dated August 2, 2022, Shri Garbi Rashid Dar, Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been appointed as the first appellate authority. This nomination was made in pursuance of Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
