The Juventus Football Club has entered into a plea deal with the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC) in relation to the four-month salary reduction agreements executed with players during the pandemic. Acknowledging the settlements proposed, the Disciplinary Section of the National Federal Tribunal imposed sanctions against Juventus and seven of its executives in accordance with the same[1].
A fine of 718,240 euros has been imposed on Juventus. However, the former Juventus President, Andrea Agnelli did not agree to the plea deal and her position would be determined at the hearing on June 15, 2023.
As per the terms of the settlement, the club would also waive its right to appeal and challenge the decision of the Federal Court dated May 22, 2023.
