Company Law Committee Recommendations- Proposed Amendments to Companies Act 2013

Company Law Committee proposed various amendments to Companies Act 2013 to recognise new concepts which are in tune with global developments. Some of the primary suggestions envisaged by the proposed amendments are, to establish a regime of expedited of  corporate processes, improve   compliance and facilitate an enabling ecosystem of greater ease of doing business in India. Further  improving technological integration and removing ambiguities in the present provisions are some of the other considerations that have been effectively addressed by the proposed amendments to foster an enabling ecosystem of constructive implementation of the Companies Act 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
